New Look

Over the last few months i was asked to do a reflective journal on my chosen store. we had to research, monitor and rethink the says in which they offer their products to customers and see how it could be improved.


I chose to look at New Look as they target customers from the age of 16 to 30 years of age as they are cheap and cheerful, which all students can afford. Anther reason why i chose New Look is because there stores are all very basic and hardly ever offer something exiting for the customers and the customers do not get an 'experience' when they shop, its just a quick, run in and run out.
